Renting the Athlone Hall?

Thank you for considering our hall for your event. We offer a large hall seating up to 150. All rentals include use of tables, chairs, and our full kitchen. Guests at your event will enjoy themselves in air conditioned comfort. Plenty of parking is also available.

Note: Our hall is situated in close proximity to residential property. All events have specific mandatory end times.

Regular Rates

  • Monday-Thursday per day $300.00
  • Friday - Saturday per day $495.00
  • Sunday $295.00

Damage deposit $750.00

Wedding Weekend package

(includes Friday set up 3:00pm, Saturday, Sunday for clean-up and gift opening)


TV with VCR/Dvd Player  $30.00 per day

Serving of Alcoholic Beverages

Mandatory Coverage: The Athlone Community League rental policy requires that you obtain a “Host Liquor Liability” policy from a licensed insurance agent or broker: for no less than Two Million Dollars “($2,000,000) and name the Athlone Community League as an “additional insured” under such liability policy. The renter must provide a “Certificate of Insurance” in order to take possession of the keys to the facility.

You may obtain insurance from PAL insurance brokers at or from most insurance agencies. 

Renters are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses and insurances for having alcohol at their function.

The Athlone Ice Rink and Skate Shack - Closed

The ice rinks are now closed for the season.

Regular Board Meeting

Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 11 at 6:30 pm.

Our regular meeting date is on the second Tuesday of the month. We invite all members of the public to join us for our meetings.
